Polygon Building Sited at the junction of two main routes into Manchester, this residential apartment block is regarded as a landmark project for the city's eastern gateway. The building's stepped profile echoes the Art Deco façade of the nearby Apollo Theatre, built in 1930, and the development as a whole is expected to encourage the further regeneration of an area with significant investment potential. |
